Abstract guidelines & submission

NOTIFICATION: Deadline for abstracts submission has been extended till: 20/09/2023

We invite all the authors to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentation not later than 20/09/2023
Abstracts should be submitted following the Abstract submission form at the Congress official web site.
Abstracts will be selected and graded by the Programme Committee.
The best three abstracts will be awarded.

Guidelines:

Abstract has to be written in English language
The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters
Indicate the topic and type of your presentation
Abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example: John Smith)
Contact author (presenter) should submit his/her phone and e-mail address
Enter the title and text of the abstract (please pay attention to any special characters), 3-5 keywords and at least one reference (preferably up to 3)
It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
It is possible to attach a picture (jpg., tif.) or a table (doc.) – please send in a separate document denoting the summary to [email protected]
Upon application of the abstract, please make sure to send all ORCID identifiers of all authors of the abstract (registration at https://orcid.org/register) to [email protected]

POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height (portrait style). Each poster will be indicated with an appropriate number on the panel attached to the board with double adhesive tape, provided by the Organizers. A headline strip on the poster at least 20 cm high should include the title, authors and affiliations with lettering of at least 2.5 cm in height. The poster should be designed in such a way that it is readable from a distance of at least 2 m.
